Exploration of material culture, featuring objects from the David Usborne collection – an assemblage of aesthetically pleasing, useful things. The curatorial collective drew on Jane Bennett’s theory of “thing-power” – objects as non-passive, animate, producers of effects – dependent upon what surrounds them.
